Coaching Master Class – Visual Coaching
Masterful Coaches are comfortable taking their skills into new areas and working with diverse populations. A masterful coach can easily work in depth with an individual who is looking for balance in their life, a CEO wanting to become an inspirational leader, a team wanting to produce extraordinary results, and an organisation wanting to foster a creative, innovative culture.
Are you a Master Coach?
It is not enough just to have knowledge or experience as a coach. You can develop a masterful presence that inspires confidence and acts as a magnet for others.
It brings about transformation for the individual client, for the company and it is transformational for the coach as well. As a coach, it involves committing yourself wholeheartedly and letting go of your need for a particular outcome.
Mastery is about ‘Being’ more than about ‘Doing’
Seeing Things Differently
Visual frames influence our perceptions and understandings.
In this course we explore how to use simple graphic tools to invite people to think in different ways.
We have all heard the phrase, a picture is worth a thousand words. We look at a floor plan to imagine the flow and feeling of a house. We can evoke a state in ourselves by looking at a picture of a loved one, or one that documents a cherished memory.
Visual tools provide different frames for thinking.
A circle divided into eight segments is a common coaching tool. It is usually described as a wheel, and is most often used to explore balance.
The Balance Wheel has gone global as a coaching tool because it is simple, versatile and it is very visual.
Whether you are a coach, a trainer, a facilitator, a consultant, or someone pursuing a path
of self development, when you utilize visual tools you help individuals and groups see new
opportunities and possibilities, redefine relationships, and visualize change.
Jan Elfline has developed new tools and techniques particularly for this workshop 4day
Coaching Master Class. Obtain new thinking and practicalities enabling you to become a truly
visual master.
Anyone attending this course will leave with a number of tools (exercises and processes) that you can use anytime to guide experiential learning and will have the knowledge to develop their own.
Visual coaching tools are flexible enough to be used in 20 minutes, or they can be explored more deeply in an hour, a day, a week, or with variations, for a lifetime.
Don’t miss what could be your final opportunity to train with Jan and her new findings in 2012/
13.
You might call your work facilitating, or training, or coaching, or consulting or mentoring or therapy. Somehow through your work you invite people to grow.
