Getting Started

Welcome to the International Teaching Seminars website. ITS offers a high quality range of certificated and Workshops and a great range of products which you can access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We hope that you’ll find using our website quick and convenient. And you can trust International Teaching Seminars to guide you safely through the online shopping experience, because your privacy and security is extremely important to us.

On the website, you may notice the navigation panel at the top. These features will help make your browsing experience even easier.

• Home page link: The home page link is always in the top right of your screen. You can get back to our home page by clicking on this link.
• Search box: The search box is always on the left-hand side of the screen situated the navigation bar. You can search using any key words to get to information based on these search terms.
• Courses link: This link allows you to view all of Courses. This section is home to such courses as NLP Practitioner and NLP Master Practitioner.
• Workshops: This link allows you to view all of our Workshops. Such courses as Essential NLP and Essential Coaching Skills can be located in this section.
• Contact Us: The contact us link can be found on the right hand side of the navigational bar. If you would like to ask a question or make a comment on your experience of using itsnlp.com, please contact us using the specified link.

Using Search

Our Search engine works by checking your search term against all the web pages currently stored on the website. It then shows the pages that may have keywords in them that relate to your query.

You can search in broad terms such as a course trainer, or be more precise such as using the term "Ian McDermott". A generic term such as "course" may return far too many results for you to sift through; however, if you put in "NLP Practitioner", then you’ll get a much more refined result to look at.

Navigating The Website

If you are a returning customer, you may have been familiar with the old International Teaching Seminars website.

Skip navigation

A link at the start of most pages will allow you to skip the menus and jump directly to the main content of the page.

Font sizes

Use your web browser to select your preferred font size.

• For Microsoft Internet Explorer: select View, then Text Size and select your preferred size
• For Netscape: select View, then Text Zoom and select your preferred size
• For Apple OSX: hold down the apple key and press the + and – keys to increase or decrease the font size

There is also a small function embedded into the pages that will allow you to increase the font size of the page you are browsing.
