Jan Elfline is a Certified Professional / Personal Coach and an NLP Master Practitioner and Trainer. She was among forty professional coaches worldwide to receive the designation of Master Coach from the International Coaching Federation in 1998.

Jan is founder of the NLP Coaching Institute, a US training organisation that helps professional coaches develop extraordinary skills by combining NLP with business and personal coaching. Her background includes a doctorate in Education, a master’s degree in Art, and over ten years’ experience in university level teaching.

Since 1993, Jan has worked exclusively as a Consultant, Coach and Trainer in business and with private individuals. Her clients include professors, consultants, writers, musicians, managers and Corporate Executives. She conducts seminars on coaching in business and private institutes in the United States, Canada, Europe and Asia. Her corporate clients include Merrill Lynch and American Express. She is regarded by many as a leader in the field and is a superb trainer.
