Why is this Trainer Training different?
This Trainer Training is unlike any other for three reasons.
- Too many Trainer Trainings focus almost exclusively on presentation skills. This is a Trainer Training, not a presenter training. Your time in front of others in the room is an important part; however it's not the only part of being a trainer. Being a Trainer requires special skills and naturally we will be covering these in detail. So often the difference that makes the difference is what you do before and after the event. That is why we will address all three dimensions of putting a training together - before the training, during the training and after the training.
- Then there are specific NLP Trainer Trainings which suggest you can take their training and start delivering your own Practitioner and Master Practitioner trainings. However, the reality is that NLP training is a saturated market with lots of aspiring small operators trying to make a go of it but actually having only a handful of people who sign up. Most just disappear. This is not the way to succeed.

This Trainer Training is extremely experiential - you'll be delivering training on most days.
You will have unparalleled access to your trainers, and opportunities to model them - there will be specific modelling question and answer sessions with each trainer. You will see them working, managing issues as they arise in a group and revealing how to complete powerful demonstrations.
You can find all kinds of information about training in books; however it is the experience that makes a difference to your learning and that of others.
The best training is quite magical. We want to show you how to create the magic.
During this training, the trainers will use improvisation to demonstrate how to create material to work with - live.
You give them topics and contexts and watch them generate exercises right there and then!
This is where you get to learn the nuts and bolts of the magic.
Leadership
All successful training communication is an act of leadership.
The first law of leadership is; if you don't believe in the messenger, you won't believe the message.
That's why this programme will also focus on developing you as a leader.
You know what someone believes primarily by what they do not by what they say. So how you behave is going to be crucial if you are to be recognised as credible. Leadership is a learnable - and an essential - skill. Naturally therefore we'll be showing you how you can develop your skills further.
