International Trainer Training

International Teaching Seminars is one of the most consistently successful NLP training organisations in the world.

Focusing on both training and on the business of being a trainer, this programme is unique.

This programme is designed for both in-house trainers and those who wish to be self-employed, for those who wish to formally train NLP and those who do not.

  • At the same time, this programme will help you to increase, improve and integrate NLP more elegantly into your personal and professional life.
Why is this Trainer Training different?

This Trainer Training is unlike any other for three reasons.

  1. Too many Trainer Trainings focus almost exclusively on presentation skills. This is a Trainer Training, not a presenter training. So often the difference that makes the difference is what you do before and after the event. That is why we will address all three dimensions of putting a training together – before the training, during the training and after the training.
  2. Then there are specific NLP Trainer Trainings which suggest you can take their training and start delivering your own Practitioner and Master Practitioner trainings. However, the reality is that NLP training is a saturated market with lots of aspiring small operators trying to make a go of it but actually having only a handful of people who sign up. Most just disappear. Find out the way to succeed.
  3. The secret of success is to create a niche offering – a tailored programme with compelling demonstrable benefits. Understanding how to do this is critical to your success as a trainer. It is at the heart of this trainer training.

We want to show you how to develop your own training applications so that you have something special to offer, that makes you stand out in the marketplace.

The Learning is in the ‘Doing’

This Trainer Training is extremely experiential – you’ll be delivering training on most days.

You will have unparalleled access to your trainers, and opportunities to model them – there will be specific modelling question and answer sessions with each trainer. You will see them working, managing issues as they arise in a group and revealing how to complete powerful demonstrations.

You can find all kinds of information about training in books; however it is the experience that makes a difference to your learning and that of others.

The best training is quite magical. We want to show you how to create the magic.

During this training, the trainers will use improvisation to demonstrate how to create material to work with – live.

You give them topics and contexts and watch them generate exercises right there and then!

This is where you get to learn the nuts and bolts of the magic.

Leadership

All successful training communication is an act of leadership.

The first law of leadership is; if you don’t believe in the messenger, you won’t believe the message.

That’s why this programme will also focus on developing you as a leader.

You know what someone believes primarily by what they do not by what they say. So how you behave is going to be crucial if you are to be recognised as credible. Leadership is a learnable – and an essential – skill. Naturally therefore we’ll be showing you how you can develop your skills further.

Clarifying Your Mission

The art of having a fulfilling career is go beyond career altogether – and find your vocation. Your vocation comes from your mission and from what really matters to you. When these are clear you will have a new sense of yourself and of your purpose. Then you can start to live what is most important to you, put it out there in the world – and earn a living doing so. If you want to know how to do that, come and learn from Ian,  and Tim who are living proof that this can be done.

Cross-Cultural Training

It is not just countries that have different cultures, organisations do too. Any group of people are likely to be cross-cultural these days. To be a compelling communicator you need to be able to connect with these diverse national and organisational cultures. If you’ve worked in more than one organisation you’ll know what we mean.

Ian  & Tim are all experienced at training internationally and in quite different types of organisations.

The Art of the Demonstration

The Demonstration is where as a Trainer you get to ‘walk your talk’.

It is one thing to present, it’s quite another to demonstrate, to show people how to do something right there in front of their eyes with a real person.

Some trainers try and stage demonstrations so that they can’t go wrong; real trainers know that there is nothing to fear.

  • Why demonstrations are so important
  • The many functions of the demonstration
  • When to do a demonstration
  • How to choose the right person
A Training in a Box

One of the unique features of this programme is that – if you choose – you can use the programme to create a training which will be yours and yours alone.

We’ll show you how.
