The International Coach Federation (ICF) is the largest non-profit professional association in the world with more than 5000 members and 179 chapters in 30 countries. It is the world's premier Coaching body. As a professional association of personal and business coaches it seeks to preserve the integrity of coaching around the globe.

It supports and fosters development of the Coaching profession; has programmes to maintain and upgrade the standards of the profession and conducts the world's premier conference and other educational events for Coaches. It also has a referral service for its members which helps people find the Coach most suitable for their needs.

The World's Premier Coaching Body Grants World First for ITS

International Teaching Seminars were the first training organization in Europe to receive formal ICF accreditation for our NLP European Coaching Certification Training. We achieved this milestone following an exhaustive accreditation process by the ICF and are now recognised as offering an Accredited Coach Training Programme.

The International Coach Federation (ICF) only recognises a handful of organisations worldwide for their Coaching training. This is because it regulates and operates the most comprehensive and rigorous accreditation process for training deliverers worldwide. ITS is part of this esteemed group.

Successful graduation from the ITS European Coaching Certification Training results in certification as an 'NLP Coach'. Because of ICF recognition, those taking the training will already be well down the career pathway to full accreditation as an ICF recognised 'Professional Certified Coach'.

Professional Recognition /Certified Coach Option

By taking this ICF accredited training, you will already be well on the way to achieving official recognition as an ICF accredited Professional Certified Coach.

Double Certification - How you can become a certified 'NLP Coach' AND an ICF accredited 'Professional Certified Coach'

By taking the ITS NLP European Coaching Certification Training you become eligible to achieve certification as an NLP Coach. However, by taking the training, you will also have completed the necessary direct training with an ICF recognised institute if you ever wish to become a 'Professional Certified Coach.'

Should you want to become ICF accredited you will have taken a massive step by completing this programme. Two steps remain.

1. You will need to take an ICF approved coaching examination. Successful completion of the NLP Coaching Certification Training, plus a pre-determined minimum number of documented Coaching Hours renders you eligible to take the ITS/Coach Graduate Final Exam. You can take as long as you wish before applying. (Separate fees apply).
2. After you have your first 100 hours of documented Coaching you can apply to be recognised as an "Associate Credentialed Coach".

By achieving certification as an NLP Coach you acquire a real coaching qualification. This adds to your credibility with potential clients. Every hour you work with clients will also be going towards your total number of coaching hours.
