 Coaches are often approached for help in setting something right that is perceived as inadequate, lacking or wrong. In these circumstances, the drive for coaching is essentially corrective; set me straight, help us out and fix it!
We would like you to think of coaching in less restrictive terms - as a process that certainly has direction, but that doesn't have to be based on righting errors.

 About The Programme
The ITS European NLP Coaching Certification Programme began in 2000 and has proved a tremendous success. Those who attend the programme come from a wide range of backgrounds and choose it for many reasons.
Some use it to build an international Coaching practice. Others join to expand and deepen their current NLP skills. Many, many people come because they simply want to learn a coaching approach which can be applied in their work and their life.

In addition to coaching during the four-day modules you will also learn how to sustain a coaching relationship over time - from both perspectives. Throughout the programme you will have your own coach in-between the modules. You will also be a coach to a course participant in-between the modules - This is so valuable that previous years' course participants have chosen to continue the arrangement after the programme.
Beyond a 20-day programme
Between modules, you will build on the material you have learnt with your own Coach.
