Four Day Master Class with Jan Elfline
Masterful Coaches are comfortable taking their skills into new areas and working with diverse populations. A masterful coach can easily work in depth with an individual who is looking for balance in their life, a CEO wanting to become an inspirational leader, a team wanting to produce extraordinary results, and an organisation wanting to foster a creative, innovative culture.
Are you a Master Coach?
It is not enough just to have knowledge or experience as a coach. You can develop a masterful presence that inspires confidence and acts as a magnet for others.
It brings about transformation for the individual client, for the company and it is transformational for the coach as well. As a coach, it involves committing yourself wholeheartedly and letting go of your need for a particular outcome.
Mastery is about ‘Being' more than about ‘Doing'
It is not cleverness, its perseverance that brings progress. In this Master Class, you will be asked to find mastery in your own unique way. You will pursue your own path while receiving support, input and challenges from your peers and your trainer.
You will learn to utilize different coaching approaches as you work with different coaching populations, i.e., individuals, teams, executives, volunteer organisations, high potential employees.
At the same time, you will connect more profoundly with your own unique way of coaching, learning new techniques and approaches while deepening your ability to be present and curious and find ways to help the client to access their own resources.
This Master Class has been completed by hundreds of people around the world - they have all reached their own Mastery in Coaching.
