One to One Sessions

Can be completed face to face or over the telephone depending on your personal preference and situation. The sessions can last for as long as it is necessary to you. Most coaching is done on a ½ - 1hour time scale each week enabling the client to think about what has been discuss so that they are able to move forward together.
